• Enquiry and design-visit forms — your name, address, town, postcode, telephone number, email address and anything you tell us about your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.
• Telephone, email and showroom visits — the contact details and project details you share with us so that we can quote for and carry out the work.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• arrange a free planning and design visit and prepare a quote;
• supply, deliver and fit the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom you have ordered;
• provide after-sales service and honour any guarantee on the work;
• keep records required for our own accounting and legal obligations.

The lawful basis for the first four is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform that contract. The last is our legal obligation.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

We share your details only where it is necessary to do the job — for example with a manufacturer or supplier arranging a delivery to your address, or with our accountants and professional advisers. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where we have carried out work, we keep the job record for as long as any guarantee or legal obligation requires.
